@Noviahafaris dan Tiarahafidz: udah dapet jawaban dari Maclaren neh. Katanya suruh buat surat tertulis, terus pake medical record segala. Gua kan gak ke dokter, ngapain ke dokter cuma berdarah. Kan di indo gak kayak di luar yang dikit2 claim ini itu. Disini mana bisa claim, kalo claim ke TCS palingan cuma kata "maaf" doank. :(
Entar deh gua balesin, kalo proof orang2 yang liat seh ada 3 orang, soalnya pas di toko gua, dan pegawai gua ngeliat semua. Semua sampe kaget pas liat gua berdarah dan bingung.
