Gw waktu hamil kemarin sempet dua kali ikut kelas yogalates di RS, tapi jadwalnya kepagiaann..males bangun, jadi gak lanjut deh. Cuman gw ngerasa enak banget ke badan, fresh gitu abisnya gak pegel2 gak sakit badan meskipun capek dan berkeringat (apalagi dgn kondisi hamil).
Dulu tuh kayanya gak perlu perlengkapan ky handuk, bola, dsb..jadi simpel banget tapi 'kena'.
Sekarang udah 7bln pasca melahirkan pengen lagi deh yogalates, utamanya krn bisa dilakuin di rumah. Yang suka practice ini, share dong..cari video paling gampang dimana, dsb..
