Ada yang pernah posting Banana Muffin ga? Hohoho.. Berhubung tidak punya mixer maka diriku bisanya bikin banana muffin ini

Muffin Recipes tapi ga semuanya aku ikutin sih.
Ingredients list:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature.
1 cup granulated sugar. (Agak kebanyakan nih mending pake 3/4 cup)
2 large eggs.
2 large bananas, ripe, mashed.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract. (Ga ada vanilla jadi ga pake vanilla)
2 cups all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon salt. (Aku ga pake garam)
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts. (Aku ga pake kacang)
Aku tambahin 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions:
Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
Cream butter and sugar with an electric hand-held mixer until light and fluffy. (Aku pake garpu aja jadi ga ada yg fluffy)
Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add bananas and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda (ga pake garem sih).
Stir flour mixture into butter mixture, alternating with the sour milk or buttermilk. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened then gently stir in chopped nuts (no nuts in mine).
Spoon banana muffin batter into prepared muffin cups or liners.
Bake at 400°F for about 15-18 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned (well, mine is gosongi).
Hasilnya? Enak!!! Lebih baik pakai pisang Raja atau pisang yg dijual di supermarket itu (cavandish kalau ga salah), daripada pisang lain. Aku pakai pisang mas, ga keluar sih sepetnya. Kebanyakan gula, jadi kemanisan mending pakai 3/4 cup dan kebanyakan cinnamon mending 1/2 tsp. What else? Mari makan! Dimakan sambil minum teh yuk yak yuk.
